Why a mixed kit, not the same camera ×6
Most positions just need to watch and record — that's the four turrets. But the one or two approaches an intruder actually uses are worth more than a passive camera: the active-deterrence pair fires a white light and siren and lets you speak through the camera, turning those points from evidence-gatherers into something that pushes back. Buying AD cameras for all six positions would cost more for deterrence you don't need on a high wall; this kit puts it exactly where it works. (Value-tier triggering is motion/basic-detection — step up to the Hikvision AcuSense Strobe family for AI-gated deterrence.)

You'll need to supply
- Cat6 ethernet from NVR to each camera — we stock the Hikvision Cat6 305 m spool (DS-1LN6UZC0-BLUE, $289.99) and StarTech Cat6 RJ45 plugs (CRJ45C6SOL50, $49.99). One spool covers most 6-cam installs.
- Monitor or TV with HDMI/VGA input for local NVR viewing.
- Internet router for Hik-Connect remote app access.
- Drill + masonry bits for camera mounting.
