Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at YouHome Automation Pty Ltd T/A Security Cameras Australia. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We will contact you if, for any reason, there are delays.
If processing is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of identifying the delay, providing the reason and the expected revised processing date.
- Orders received before 12:00 pm AEST on business days will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak periods and holidays, processing times may be extended by 3–5 business days.
If processing exceeds 10 business days (including peak period extensions), we will contact you within 24 hours to offer you the choice to:
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund within 5–7 business days; or
- Proceed with your order with a revised processing and dispatch date.
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. Standard delivery timeframes are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Regional Australia: 5–10 business days from dispatch
- Remote areas: 10–15 business days from dispatch
- International orders: 10–20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination
We use reasonable care in selecting carriers and arranging delivery and remain responsible for delays within our reasonable control.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1 Domestic Only
YouHome Automation Pty Ltd T/A Security Cameras Australia currently ships within Australia only.
3.2 Shipping Restrictions
We ship to both commercial and residential addresses.
4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
(a) Standard Shipping
Delivery within 5–7 business days. Standard shipping cost is $25.
(b) Please Note
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices and delivery location.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(c) Shipping Rates and Methods
- Metro areas: $25 for orders under $500 (5–7 business days)
- Regional areas: Additional $50 (7–10 business days)
(d) Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
(e) Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or carrier strikes.
5. Tracking Options
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package appears missing, please check common delivery locations and with neighbours. If still not located, contact us for assistance.
