Why a mixed kit, not the same camera ×4
AcuSense and ColorVu solve different problems. AcuSense is about the alert — its on-camera AI ignores animals and weather and only pings you on a real person or vehicle, which is what you want watching a fence line or driveway. ColorVu is about the image — an f/1.0 lens and white-light supplement keep the picture in full colour at 2 am, so you can describe the offender's clothing or car to police. Putting ColorVu on every position is overkill; putting AcuSense everywhere leaves you with grayscale at the one spot that mattered. This kit puts two of each where each earns its place.

- Cat6 ethernet from NVR to each camera — we stock the Hikvision Cat6 305 m spool (DS-1LN6UZC0-BLUE, $289.99) and StarTech Cat6 RJ45 plugs (CRJ45C6SOL50, $49.99). One spool covers most 4-cam installs.
- Monitor or TV with HDMI/VGA input for local NVR viewing.
- Internet router for Hik-Connect remote app access.
