AXIS A9210 offers ten I/O ports including two configurable I/Os, five inputs, three outputs, and one form C relay output,enhancing Axis or third-party security systems. Ideal for integrating with building management systems, it's easy to add basic access control for door monitoring and scheduling lock control. You can monitor various inputs such as cameras, analytics, and alarms to detect and respond to system events like intrusions or emergencies. And, with an intuitive web interface, it's easy to set rules to trigger events. Plus, Modbus sensor ports let you integrate environmental sensors such as temperature and humidity sensors. 

Flexible and cost-efficient

Based on a modular system architecture, this I/O and relay module lets you customize I/O capabilities to suit your specific needs. With multi-drop technology, one AXIS A9210 device can support up to 16AXIS A9910expansion modules, and enables you to connect up to 128 I/Os and 64 relays using just one PoE cable. This scalable device offers flexible installation and can be installed anywhere. For instance, on walls using a wall mount or outdoors using a cabinet. And, with a DIN rail, it can be installed vertically, horizontally, or in blade installations.

This advanced I/O and relay module includes Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cyber security platform that safeguards the device and protects sensitive information from unauthorized access. Thanks to open standards and compliance with VAPIX, it's easy to integrate with third-party advanced security systems such as VMSs, security, tampering, alarm, and intrusion systems. Additionally, with support for MQTT, it ensures the efficient and reliable exchange of data between third-party IoT devices and cloud applications.
