ReX 2 Jeweller is a wireless range extender that pushes an Ajax system out to the far corners of a large site — a warehouse complex, a business park or an acreage property. Devices connect through it instead of straight to the hub, so you can place detectors where the job needs them rather than where the signal reaches. Supplied in white.

It works on the Jeweller and Wings protocols at 868–868.6 MHz, holding up to 1,700 m to the hub and the same again out to detectors, and supports photo verification from MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor with the first image delivered in 9 to 10 seconds. Up to five extenders in one system take radio coverage to 35 km². Ethernet is available as a reserve communication channel, and a 2 Ah Li-ion battery keeps it running up to 38 hours through a mains failure.
