Ajax MotionProtect Curtain throws a narrow curtain of detection across a window, doorway or display case rather than filling the room. That makes it the right choice where you want the perimeter armed while people move around inside. This is the white enclosure.
Two infrared sensors work through a multifaceted mirror, so the detector gathers twice the information about what crosses the beam and holds a 6° horizontal by 90° vertical pattern out to 15 m. Alarms travel over the Jeweller radio at up to 1,700 m from the hub, using frequency hopping, block encryption with a dynamic key and device authentication. The pre-installed CR123A battery runs for up to three years.
