Ajax MotionCam is a wireless motion detector that takes a photo the moment it triggers, so an alarm comes with a picture of what caused it. It suits homes, offices and shops where someone needs to confirm an event before acting on it. This is the black version.

A motion sensor sensor made by Excelitas Technologies picks up movement at up to 12 m, and the built-in camera returns the first image in about 9 seconds on default settings. HDR keeps the photo usable in awkward light and IR backlighting covers dark rooms. Pet immunity ignores animals up to 20 kg and under 50 cm tall, and a software algorithm checks the photo to weed out false alarms.
