Ajax DoorProtect G3 Fibra Door Sensor — Black

Superior DoorProtect G3 Fibra is a wired door sensor for doors, windows, skylights and vaults on Grade 3 sites. Alongside the reed switches it watches for shock, tilt and magnet spoofing, so it catches a forced or prised opening as well as a straightforward one. The matte black enclosure keeps it low key on a frame.

Two high-end reed switches in a protective plastic capsule sit beside a magnetometer that flags a magnet held against the detector, and an accelerometer that reads shock and tilt. Tilt detection means a window left in airing mode is still protected, with a normal angle range of 5 to 25 degrees and an alarm duration you can set from one second to one minute. It runs on the Fibra bus up to 2,000 m from the hub, draws no more than 20 mW at peak, and carries two tampers.
