This Ajax alarm kit is a ready-to-use wireless security system for an apartment. It brings together a hub, detectors and a remote control in one box, so the essentials for covering an entry door and a main living area arrive together rather than being specified piece by piece. Supplied in white.
The hub is the control panel: it watches the detectors and passes alarms to the Ajax app on a phone, and it can report to a monitoring station where that service is arranged. Devices link to the hub over the encrypted two-way Jeweller radio protocol, and the remote arms or disarms the system on the way in or out. Further Ajax devices can be added to the same hub as the property's needs change.
